THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Wednesday (Jun 26):
Singapore Technologies Engineering (ST Engineering): The group broke ground for a new data centre, which will add 7.5 megawatts to its capacity. Capital expenditure on the data centre will be S$120 million over the next three years, said the group on Tuesday. Shares of ST Engineering closed 1 per cent or S$0.04 higher at S$4.14, before the news.
Keppel Infrastructure Trust: Its subsidiary has obtained a sustainability-linked loan of S$612.5 million, said Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management on Tuesday. Proceeds will be used to refinance the outstanding portion of a loan that matures on Jun 30, 2027. Units of Keppel Infrastructure Trust closed 1.1 per cent or S$0.005 lower at S$0.47, before the announcement.
